2019 Budget gaming PC

Hi all , I thinking to build myself a gaming rig this year soon . My budget is set at around $2300 at most , would rather pay less but for the quality i want in this build im gonna stretch it. Within this $2300 budget i will be including keyboard,mouse and monitor . I plan to buy my parts mainly from PC case gear but will also try msy for some parts if there available at the time. But for not its PC case gear. I live in South Australia. Anyways heres what i have in mind so far , tell us what ya think and any better possible options let us know be appreciated cheers.

GPU: ASUS ROG Radeon RX 590 Strix Gaming 8GB ( yes i could go cheaper with the 580 but i want the 590) $479

you calling it a budget build :O

you could save a little bit by going for a 500gb ssd and get a 1tb wd blue HDD (i never saw any point to storing media in a ssd) you can spend that savings on 3200mhz ram or get 500gb Nvme for that price.
