I have had an old 2600K running on a z68 mobo which had given lot of issues and a recent red cpu led error which has not been able to be fixed yet after trying all methods suggested online. It has a 850 evo samsung ssd, 8GB corsair and a msi 1060 6GB. Monitor was an ASUS ML238H and UPS APC 1000va with a Corsair HX750W PSU and hyper 212x.

Want to upgrade fully to a 2019 modern PC. Based in india.
I do photoshop and planning for an ultrawide 100hz to 144hz range , 4K monitor preferably.

Need suggestions for components for the $2200 (2 lacs) budget that I have .
I play first and third person shooter games pubg,, racing ,games like assassin's creed, farcry, ea sport titles, battlefield. Just want an ultra smooth and crisp experience with zero bottleneck.I hope my budget permits that .
Opting for the red team this time. AMD
Also do suggest a mobo which has DAC inbuilt and a good woofer/tweeter speakers that enhances a movie experience
I want to invest in a very good case with great cable management and want to go for air cooling. M.2/or 3D nand drives ,and 32Gb ram is what I am going for . Bit confused and undecided on the parts and manufacturers. Need help for that.

note: I do not want to hold on to old pc parts .

All are very high quality components. Did not compromise at all.
Nothing is overkill.
Trusted Sites which have been supplying components all over India for years. They do charge little extra for shipping depending on components but are very meaningfully priced.

If you have any question regarding the performance of the build or my component selection please feel free to ask.
