Question 2060 evga rtx dead - out of warranty, any suggestions? (think its overheating)

Card was dying over last few days, would require restart of comp a few times. the video drops during seesion. Opned case, appears fans stop spinning. Power goes to card (put an old 460 in, works fine).

Any suggestions on cooling fans? I assume id want to remove the stock fans and drop in aftermarket. Ive never looked into this so not sure what to get etc... Any suggestions/pointers would be appreciated.

Hope GPU still works, but if fans arnt working I think the card will not really start up long enough to tell.....

You can just buy replacement fans off amazon/ebay/aliexpress just search for the model of card or specifically the model listed on the fan. That being said even with dead fans the card should boot up just fine and only crash/black screen under load if it gets too hot and shuts down.
