Question 2060 KO or 5600XT

I have money to buy either of these and I can't figure out which one. 5600xt is slightly better and cheaper. But I am reading that the rx 5xxx series has a bucket load of black screen issues. I won't be able to claim warranty on these cards because I will be importing them to Pakistan where neither have an official presence.

there 1000 apples and there would be few bad apples among them.. it just depend on your luck which GPU you want to choose.

Yeah but as I said. If I get a bad one I won't be able to get it replaced. I should probably go for the RTX 2060 then.
