I am looking into upgrading my graphics card to a 2060s (recommended 550W PSU). But unfortunately I’m just short with a 500W Delta PSU (will post psu part # picture). I’m just wondering if anyone can tell me if this will still be safe to use.

Here are my current specs
-Intel core i7 8700
-DDR4 8G Ram X2
-Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
-HDD 1TB SSD 128GB

Solution
That unit only has 432w across the 12v rails. That’s what a good quality 450w can achieve so that unit is not 500w in my opinion. I also don’t know that unit but I suspect it’s quality is questionable which is equally important to wattage rating. In summary I would upgrade the psu.
