So basically what do you guys think I should get? And is Corsair RM650 (2019) good for both?

That depends on what you play, API's tend to favor one or the other. Nvidia has done quite a lot of partners over the last few years so many titles are far more driver optimized in there favor.

Read the review and make the decision based off that. If one is the stronger card in the games you enjoy the most, well buy it.

As far as the power supply, it fine but the little bit more for the RM650x is worth it.

There is one thing I have to mention about all the RX 5700's, you can flash them and get the same performance as an RX 5700 XT provided you can keep the heat in check.
