Question 2060 wont turn on

I recently just bought a new RTX 2060 and after removing the 1060 that was installed, and installed the 2060 the card didn't turn on. i have a 450 watt power supply and i figured that would be enough to power it.

From the symptoms it's almost certainly a PSU problem (not powerful enough). The wattage is not the only thing you need to consider - - the amps on the 12v rail is just as important.
Get a quality 550w unit (Corsair or Seasonic or EVGA).

Min req spec for RTX 2060 is 500 Watts. Go 650+ and you should be good. Dont go cheap go with quality
