Question 2070/2060 or Vega 56 for Freesync monitor?

which is better to choose?
I have freesync 144hz monitor..
Vega 56 was a good card and not a much slowly than 2060 and 2070..

what to choose?
Nvidia works fine with freesync?

Which monitor is it? We'll see if anyone has Freesync working with Nvidia.

Vega 56/1080/2060/2070 are all trading blows depending on game. It's really a tough call.
