Question 2070 on office desktop without cooling

So I have an optiplex 9020 with RTX 2070 mini ZOTAC unstalled with EVGA 750 watt PSU without any cooling... Ik this sounds stupid but it’s complicated, I live in Afghanistan where I can’t find any gaming cabinets or fans or any gaming components tbh, I brought the gpu and psu from India and now I noticed my cpu is going over 60c in apex legends which crashes the game ? Idk I think it’s because of the Cpu getting hot, will there be a problem if I keep on playing in this machine without any cooling ? Or is there any other way in which I can cool my pc ? Or just recommend me some fans on amazon that will fit in my optiplex 9020 ? Thank you!

OEM 500gb SATA

Zotac 2070 oc mini

Yeah I just check my psu is a CX750 Corsair bronze*
