Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Nvidia RTX 2070S (Super)
Corsair Force NVMe PCIe M.2 960GB
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB
Corsair RMx (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold

My fps have gone down in every game, I've run DDUs multiple times, used the current and ancient drivers besides other fixes but nothing works. Temps seem to be fine. These are the results for userbenchmark:

I suggest you start by freeing up some space on the SSD, you only have 70GB left. Try to make it 100GB and test userbenchmark again, and if its better try gaming too.

If that doesn't fix your issues then get hwinfo portable - "Sensors only" option runing and play some game for around 30 mins. Then move donw and find the GPU section and post the results here (you can use imgur to share the screenshot). Then we can see the MAX power usage, temps, frecuency boost, memory all that

Just got it, I will still try to free up the space. I got frustrated and decided to go on ableton and got a blue screen. After fixing my audio interface drivers and disabling driver verifier everything returned to normal. Thanks for you input and I will try to free up some space for sure.
