[SOLVED] 2070 Super + 10400F with 450W

Hi guys,
I recently built an SFF/HTPC for my living room. Initially the PC was intended for browsing / 24/7 ON / 4K60HZ HDR movies. The PC connected to LG 55" 60HZ TV.

The specs:
Asus B460-I Gaming (didn't had too much choice - zero choice for Mini-ITX motherboards in Israel)
Intel Core i5 10400F + Nocuta NH-L9i Chromax
EVGA GTX 1650 Super Ultra (wanted HDMI 2.0 for 4K60HZ, integrated Intel's graphics is only HDMI 1.4)
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2X8GB 2666MHZ CL18
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB for OS + External 4TB WD MyBook for media
Fractal Design Node 202 + 2X120 Noctua Slim NF-A12x15 PWM fans

Last time I played games was 10+ years ago, but recently tried some games just to see how it looks and feels on 55" TV and unfortunately loved the concept.

As a result, I want to change the card to something more powerful for casual gaming without changing the PSU (it's really hard to find SFX in Israel). Currently, I aim on 2070 Super.

The recommended PSUs are 600W-650W, but seems like the recommendations are based on more serious systems with ATX MB and i7 CPUs. So I guess it may be lower for Mini-ITX with i5. I used the wattage calculator:

In addition, I read some reviews of the Corsair SF450 Gold and seems like it can handle even 500W before the OPP turns off the PC, but not recommended usage. So if whe load wattage is 389W and PSU is "500W", seems like there is a 100W room.

What do you think guys? Too risky?

Think since the gpu is the most power hungry part and nothing else really is and you use that good quality Corsair SF450watt should you be able to get away with it.
