[SOLVED] 2070 Super performing almost the same in 720p as 1080p in games?

Hi, I have a Ryzen 1600 (no OC) and a 2070 Super, and I just tested Far Cry New Dawn in 720p because my framerates are a little low in 1080p, and in 720p I get 80 fps in the benchmark, and in 1080p I get 78 fps average in the benchmark. Does this mean my CPU is a bottleneck, and will upgrading to a Ryzen 5 3600 make my framerates correct?

Ryzen 1600
RTX 2070 Super
750 w Thermaltake Toughpower PSU
16GB DDR4 3200

On 720P screen resolution most of the games are going to be CPU-bound, if not all.

run it at higher resolutions
the 1600 is bottlenecking the 2070Super at 720p and 1080p
you should be able to get the same fps at 1440p ultra/very high
