[SOLVED] 2080 Ti extreme low fps, lower than 2070

Hi,

I've installed a Gigabyte RTX 2080ti Turbo OC and my performance is EXTREMLY low. Lower than on my RTX 2070 non-super.

System:
9700K@ 5,1 GHz
Aorus Master Z390
Enermax 525 W Power Supply
16GB Trident Z CL16 3600
Optane PCIe SSD
Windows 10 May20 Update
Driver 452.06

Benchmarks @1080p:
2080TI (and in comparision a friends Ryzen 3700X + 2070Super)

Rainbow Six @Very high 141 fps (232 fps)
Anno 53 fps (93 fps)
Heaven BM 3500 (4333)
3DMark Demo TS 7469

I've crosschecked my system with my 2070 non super and got 3990 at Heaven and 8960 with 3DMark :-O

What I've done:
. XMP is active
. DDU erased driver and reinstalled
. checked for not supersampling /DSR
. GPU reseated
. both 8-Pin Connectors set and pull 110 Watt each
. GPU <70 °C (Water Cooled)
. GPU boosts up to 1725-1800 MHz and is in power limit (should be normal)
. pulled the second SSD from the next PCIe Slot to give 16 lanes to the GPU (no fps change)

I really don't know what to do. Maybe my Power supply is too weak? The GPU pulls under load <266 Watt (2x 110 W per 8-pin and 50 W from PCIe Slot).

and the cpu is oc and it draw a lot more than 95W. and water coolder.

Non rated power supply seems like your power supply isn't giving enough power to your pc the minimum requirement for 2080 ti is 600w and you a have a water cooled gpu that needs more power than the normal version and an overclocked 9700k it isn't even a good quality 550w power supply get something like this :

Ok lets fix you up my friend. Please dl and run DDU Display Driver Uninstaller and choose nvidia and do a clean and restart then in normal mode install the latest graphics drivers and I bet you the problem will be solved. Your system is just buggin out cuz you had two different video cards in there and DDU will clean up all the junk make things fresh and then you install the latest drivers and then all should be good.☮🖐💯😲

No result. I've ordered a Corsair HX750i Power Supply. I really guess the GPU doesn't get as muc power as it wants. 2 Water coolers and a overclocked i7 may be at the edge - especially when i consider that the pdu is maybe 7-10 years old. But its a quality enermax.

What I've done as well:
. Changed PCIe Power Cable extensions and plugged in the cables directly to prevent diameter issues
. downclocked CPU to 4.9 GHz, but haven't seen a diffarence - damn

Try running userbenchmark and share the public link to the results. I have doubts this is a psu problem but if your psu is 7-10 years old it needs changing anyway.
