Question 2080 ti only 2 display ports are working

hello! i just bought a gigabyte aorus 2080ti and i have 2 monitors one through hdmi and the other is display port, i noticed when i try using any of the other ports furthest from the mobo there is no otuput, my hdmi monitor is smart enough to know if theres a connection but no display, it goes into power save sleep, if there was no connection at all and the cord is hanging out it stays on with a no signal message. whats wrong?

I'm assuming you had a GPU prior to your RTX2080Ti? If so, did you uninstall your older GPU drivers with DDU and reinstalled the latest off of Nvidia's support site?
