which is better bang for your buck, 2080 ti or 2080 super with what features they have that are better or worse then the other. Best choice for 2080ti and best choice for 2080 super. Best choice meaning the brand of graphics card and the features.

Neither either get a RTX 3080 or wait for the 3070 to be released.


You can now find used 2080tis used for 500-600 USD now so I woudlnt buy either card new now.

2080 ti is ~15% (10-20%) more fps than 2080 super, and costs 35-50 % more, if this is what you're asking about. Depends what brand, model and the seller, etc, ofc.
While before one 'd say that ''if you are an enthusiast, then go to the max (Ti)'', or another ''2080 Super is better perf. per dollar (value)'', right now it's different and mb don't hurry for either.
3080 is already there I think, 3070 comes on 15th october (maybe) and 3090 soon has to be there. They have, or, will have Ti-ones, too.

I suggest a third contender, a 2070 Super. It performs within spitting distance of the vanilla 2080 while costing around $550.

But as others have said, the 3070 is launching next month for basically the same cost as the 2070 Super. If you can wait out the initial sell-out, that would be a much better choice.

2070S can be found in the used for around 350 in the used market. Might even snag one for 300. The new cards will be very difficult to get unless you go to a microcenter in person and wait in line well before opening hours.
