Specs:

CPU: i7700K

Motherboard: GKEG16 GiBy GA-Z170XP-SLI Z170

Ram:16 GB IEIGGJ35 D416GB 2400-15 Ripjaws 4 Red K2 GSK

SSD/HDD: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB

GPU: Asus 2080S

PSU: Cooler master 600W

Chassis: Sharkoon S25-W

Are you overclocking your GPU, and if you do, don't OCed with memory on this test, it's just doesn't work?
What exactly is your PSU, do you know which one it is> is it rated 80plus bronze, gold, etc.
We are close on CPU I am with 3600 ryzen @ 4.2ghz but lower GPU of course.

But in general, it should give you the sense.

Also try to disable G-sync in Control Panel and V-Sync. Something is capping your framerate, are you running some program.

It's a bug or something, I'm not entirely sure.

But from what I can see with your scores, your drives are fine - you system drive is much better now.

Go into NVCP > Set up G-sync, disable it(remember to click Apply!), and run the benchmark again.

It's running at the right speed. Compare this with their previous run.

Got the GPU gone but still no SSD or HDD

It is the TN6MB2 CooMas B600 600W ATX23 PSU

I was running ASUS GPU Tweak 2

Everything's much better. Now, as for the storage: View: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/a275s0/userbenchmark_relative_performance_na_sequential/

QUOTE
"When checking I found that "UserBenchmark" (the benchmark program) had, since the last successful test, created and LEFT a file on my systemdrive (the one that failed the test) named "Userbenchmark.dat".That single file was over 30GB and had been "last changed" at the time of the failed test. So I simply erased that file, ran the test again and it went without a hitch again...

...also that "UserBenchmark" (the program) sometime fails to erase it's own "testfile"..."

Try checking your system drive for that file and deleting it.

I have the same PSU, lol, and it's making me problems with the 12v and 5v rail, its not efficient enough and its just bad, I run ryzen 3600 and gtx 1060 6gb, and it just shows 11.399v on 12v rail, and some 3.1v on 5v rail, and I cannot even find how much does it run on the 3.3v rail. Bad PSU trust me, I mean its descent for smaller rigs, where efficiency is not important. In my case, it is important to be at least 80 Plus Bronze and 600w++ on a Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic, BeQuaet, etc. Can you open HWiNFO64 and show me the 12v and 5v rails in there? Screenshot them if you can?! Here look https://puu.sh/EvGj1/9d887739df.png

Something wrong with the GPU/RAM testing. Is the ram is the dual channel slots? (1/3 or 2/4) is it set to 2133 in the BIOS?

Yes this one, but you see the blue arrows at the left bottom down, click those until everything opens across all screen, and as I said, leave it like that, reset it before start the game, the Clock at the bottom is resetting everyting the time, and min and max, and start the gameplay for a few minutes and then exit game and post me a screenshot from everything open it all , with the arrows, so I can see GPU usage, CPU usage, voltage's, etc.

I'm aware that the OP's psu isn't the greatest, but it's not the cause of their current issue.
If it were, they'd be experiencing freezing/crashing and black screens.

@michel_20
If fps is still dipping, you're going to need to tweak the in-game settings.
In order to get higher usage out of that gpu, you'll have to increase the resolution scaling.
