Question 2080Ti Asus Strix Fans!

So, I was thinking of taking the front part of the chassis off of the fan itself and attaching 3 120MM RGB fans to it and was wondering if there might be any issues to come with that?

Just like this more or less! It is mounted vertically on the cablemod vertical mount and I'll even get a sag bracket to further aid in the weight increase, what do you guys thinks? I just want to know if it will WORK. Not that it isn't necessary.

No it wont work, 3 120mms would be way too big

That's 3 120MM's on a graphics card similar to my size. I've already scouted the size. It should fit.

Sorry but I dont know of any gpus that are 360mm+. those arent 120mm fans. Two 120mms maybe fit, definitely not 3.

If youre so sure, do it. Doesn’t make sense to ask. You’ll see that 3x120mm fans would be way too big

Well, let's say for the sake of argument that they fit. Would it be a problem otherwise? I can see about going down a fan size if possible.

I take it your not doing it for looks but i could be wrong. Whats wrong with Asus heak sink ?

I am doing it for looks! Nothing wrong whatsoever with it. Just thought some RGB lights would be fun and possibly get more cooling to it. Nothing more.
