Question 2080Ti coil whine is kind of loud?

I have a 2080TI XC ultra and im experiencing some major coil whine, it only happens when the card is under load and its sometimes really loud, is there something i can do about it? i looked up and apparently coil whine is pretty normal but mine is kind o loud. Can i fix it?
Specs:
-Cpu:i9-9900K
-Mobo:TUF Z370 PLUS GAMIN
-GPU:2080Ti XC Ultra
-Ram: Corsair 2x8 (16 gb) 2400mhz
-PSU:EVGA Supernova 1000w 80 Gold Plus

Nope. I don't think you can totally eliminate Coil Whine though.

Yeah no and any kind of after market remedy you can come up with to eliminate coil whine / fan noise will never be a 100% complete solution. It's one of those things you just have to live with.
