[SOLVED] 2080TI FE fan problem please help !!!

So I have this problem lately with my 2080 TI Fe : the right fan is going full speed ALWAYS regardless of load. After windows boots-up it ramps to 1500 rpm and just stays there while the left one is following the fan curve assigned meaning if I just browse or watch a movie it's barely spinning and when I game he ramps up to necessary speeds. I tried everything : reinstalling card all together ( safe mode uninstall drivers and all the bells and whistles), updated windows and installing new Nvidia drivers but nothing. even in software like MSI afterburner I cannot make it go slower. Please if someone else had this and resolved it I need solution asap . Best regards

You can check to see if any chipset, pcie, bios drivers need updating.

all are up to date. Is not like it's been like that for ages. Worked fine today and tomorrow started to have the problem. I begin to think is a broken sensor or smth

Yes, you have done all troubleshooting steps. I guess full speed is better than fan not working.
