so i just recently bought a 2080ti fe for $600. I flashed a xc ultra bios for rgb control and now my fans wont go very fast. Max is around 3000 rpms so this allows the card to push 75c under max load and this is with thermal grizzly kryonaut. If anyone has any kind of idea on how to change this without reflashing the bios thatd be great because as it stands it gets a bit toasty for my liking.

Solution
Problem is the card is silent and even then at 100% set fan speed the card is hitting 72c which im pretty sure the fans can go way higher than 3000 rpms.

Looks about right https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2080-ti-founders-edition,5805-11.html

For an FE it looks like you are above normal fan speed already.

“Fan speeds as well, 2060 RPM with the FE clocks, 2290 RPM when overclocked for the 2080 Ti”

Taken from https://www.techspot.com/article/1704-geforce-rtx-2080-overclocking/page2.html#:~:text=Fan speeds as well, 2060 RPM with the, profile, the card is pretty quiet while overclocked.
