Hi everyone, i recently switched from a 4mb adsl line to a 20mb vdsl line in hopes that i wont have packet loss or crazy ping spikes, so my parents mostly stream netflix on 2 pc's and then i start to get 1% packet loss in game, i'm already on 160 ping because i'm from South Africa so is there anyway i can get rid of the packet loss? Maybe a stronger router? Any advice or tips is greatly appreciated

Solution
router wont help you, packet loss usualy means traffic line is not stable
u could track from which hops you get packet loss with tracert command
then later on contact your ISP to reroute you/block those hops (if those hops are still inside your ISP network)
or alternatively u try few VPNs to reroute yourself
