21-23 1080p monitor

Hi guys,

I am looking for a 21-23 inch monitor that is 100-150 dollars.

Things I need:
HDMI port
1920x1080
Dell

I don't know much about Asus or Acer, how are they? I want a monitor that is really good and will last.
