21.5 monitor advice

I need a new monitor for gaming and movies, the highest I can go is a 21.5 inch because the monitor needs to fit between 20.5 inch of space.

I was looking at the 228h because of the price and convenience of getting it through memory express but I'd like advice to be sure about my choice, thank you!

To be honest I don't really know what TN, IPS or VA is about. I need a monitor for gaming, surfing the web and watching movies. What's best for that?

Well I went with the Asus VS228H-P, got it on rebate for 100$, was a good chocie at that price I suppose.
