Seeing if anyone knows.... I'm looking for 21" 4:3 lcd monitor with 2ms response. Does this kind of monitor even exist? Or if it doesn't exist, does anyone know when lcd makers will stop sucking and make one of these monitors? Thanks for any info.

No such monitor exists. 21", 4:3, is an "enterprise" monitor, so they won't be putting a TN panel on it. You won't see 2ms response until there is a new type of panel or the technology for the current higher quality panels improves to that speed, if ever.
