[SOLVED] 21 mhs on 470.05 driver on 3060

i have an rtx 3060 have installl driver 470.05 and set pci max link speed to gen 3 but it was not applying at all .I have also try "Force enable gen 3" but it was not working at all.Even after oc i am getting 26 mhs.

Yes you do. The hash rate limiter was re-added/fixed with 466.something.
