Is this build okay, does it need anything? this is a gaming build, I mainly play overwatch, csgo, skyrim(modded), gta5, witcher, and doom. I'd like some good frames at high/ultra settings. It needs to have a 144hz monitor preferably, and maybe i7 if a budget allows for it, with a good enough gpu. Thanks in advance.

no need for the wired network card the motherboard has one on it. there's a savings of $14.99

you can try a ryzen with your gtx gpu , i'm not sure how the benchmarks work but you could possibly save money
