[SOLVED] 212 EVO still the best cooler for AMD Phenom ii x4 965?

Seen posts from previous years saying the Hyper 212 EVO is the best, is this still the case?

Want to OC this old PC till end of year.

"Best" is subjective.
Highest cooling performance? Not by a long shot.
Cheap cooler that does well in its price bracket? Certainly.
Most expensive cooler worth using on a 965? Absolutely.

My old 212 did great on my Phenom II, hit 4.2GHz on it (limited by motherboard VRMs overheating).
