2133 CAS 11 vs 1866 CAS 10 vs 1600 CAS 9

Im stuck between these two choices.

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3-2133

Kingston Fury White Series 8GB DDR3-1866

Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB DDR3-1600

The G.Skill is 2133 MHz at CAS 11
The HyperX is 1866 MHz at CAS 10
The Ballistix Sport is 1600 MHz at CAS 9

Which one is faster/better?

I will be doing mainly gaming, but i will be doing some editing and rendering from time to time

The Gskill will be quicker but not by that much.
Personally i would go G skill but Kingston HyperX ram is not a bad choice either.

Doesn't really matter even with the same CAS as shown above. Since the kits you listed have increasingly worse CAS it's even more so - for gaming. If you heavily use a program that is memory speed sensitive it would help.

Each step up with the progressive increase in freq and CL will provide a slight performance increase, mostly will be seen when multi-tasking due to the wider bandwidth of the the higher freqs...if there was a jump in the CL say from the 1600/9 to 1866/11 vs your shown 10, then you would be stagnant and the 1600 sticks might even perform a bit better
