2133 vs 1866 Corsair Dominator

I have 8GBs of Corsair Dominator ram rated at 2133, I just won another pair at a giveaway. Could I put the 1866 in my computer, I know its going to throttle the 2133 to 1866 but honestly its free ram. I just want to know if it will do any harm to my computer.

Sure you can, but there's no real point right now, with DDR4 coming out soon and 16 GBs unlikely to be utilized, unless you're doing rendering/editing/running VMs.

All you're going to gain is possible compatibility issues.

As long as you have them, give them a try , will probably have to set up manually to the 1866 specs and maybe go 1.65 on the DRAM voltage
