[SOLVED] 21H2 update changed/added default user

After installing 21H2 update and reboot the user name and password were correct but after the profile loaded all my files/documents/pictures were gone and desktop looked like a new install. After a moment of panic I looked on the C drive/ users and found a renamed folder with all my files. There is no "change user" from start menu. I tried logging in with microsoft account (let's go microsoft!) but it just logged in the same empty account. I tried to uninstall the 21H2 update but it only made it halfway before stopping. Is there a way to change the the login to the correct account in the registry or any other way?

I received an answer that fixed my issue on another board and thought I would post the link here in case anyone else has the same problem.
