Dear all,
I am moving to Canada and wanted to get a new build for my ANSYS runs during my masters program.

There is one concern I am having since I never paid taxes in my life (lived in the middle east until today) is that if this build includes the 13% tax required in Canada? From what I have read online is that you have to change in the preferences and include the 13% in pcpartpicker?
The build will be mainly for ANSYS runs (number crunching) and gaming as shown below:

It says including taxes, but Ive heard that people said pcpartpicker doesn't include the 13%?
Can anyone confirm if it includes taxes? My budget is 2250 Canadian Dollars including everything (13% taxes and shipping).
If anyone can improve upon this build would be lovely to see some input!
EDIT: If the build above includes taxes then I still have about 200$ to spend, if anyone can advice me on what to upgrade etc.)
