$2200 live-streaming/gaming/etc

Hello!, I posted here a few days ago with a build to live stream but, after some vital research, I ended up having to change around the Radeon 7950 due to compatibility issues with Xsplit which my build revolves around. After treading through the murky waters of various forums and what not, I tweaked much of what my original build was and ended up changing around everything but a few components. Now the current build will be used for live-streaming/gaming, video editing, and possibly 3-d modeling. I have everything picked out and would like to get a second opinion in the case that I am over-paying or using an incompetent component that can be replaced with a much better one (within the restraints of glorious money of course).

TL;DR: I wants your help to builds me a purty computer.
(P.S. have to use the Geforce series for better Xsplit compatibility)

If a program meant for streaming game video, is incompatible with a GAMING VIDEO CARD.

Then maybe the problem here is simply the program.

Well, incompatibility. I would have preferred to use the radeon but in this case I am trying to optimize being able to stream without complications. The video capture card also works well with xsplit so in the end I wanted to just make it mesh together well. Once Radeon or Xsplit figures out the issues in either their program or driver OR if I can find a better streaming software, I'll be pinned with the current restraints.
