Hello, in the beginning I built (First PC) and APU system with Ryzen 3 2200g then saved up for a GPU and finally got on hand on a RX570.
Plugged in the GPU and restarted PC with HDMI connected to GPU. GPU led blinked but no display on the monitor. I then unplug the HDMI and connected to the MoBo’s HDMI. There’s a display output.

PC Spec
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: Asus ROG Strix RX570 4gb
MoBo: Gigabyte B450m S2H
PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 450W
Ram: HyperX Fury 4gb DDR4 2666Mhz
Storage: Kingston A400 240gb

If you plugged the power connector correctly on the GPU and it's not working then don't go further than what I will say below.

PSU: Thermaltake Litepower 450W
https://www.gamingscan.com/psu-hierarchy/
TIER 6 - Thermaltake Litepower Series - Non-Rated - 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 650 Watts

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40/
Tier E - Potentially dangerous in multiple scenarios

That PSU is a low quality PSU not even rated. For that 570 you need a minimum of 450 Watts which you have but you need a good quality 450 Watts.

You could try the RX570 in another system to see if it works or you can buy another PSU.

Power connector is plugged in correctly and there’s an LED indicator on GPU that show it’s connected correctly.

I have exactly the same gpu and psu in my system, only difference is I have a core i5 cpu, different mobo, and 12g ram.

My setup works. I have one question for you. The lite power only has 6 pin pcie connector. The asus rx 570 needs 8 pin arrangement. How did you entertain that…?

Did you check before saying it only has 6 pin PCIe connector(s)?

PCI-E 6+2PIN6+2pin PCI-E Connector x 2

If you have the same PSU how come you did not see the +2pin on each 6pin?
