its just drops after long time ( in games like cs go its so bad anyway will give you hard lose )
i'll try to use something to monitor frequncy and other things...

My Specs :
MB : Gigabyte ab350m gaming 3 ( cool n quiet , performance boost , xmp profile << disabled )
CPU : ryzen 3 2200G > OC To 3.95GHz(Maybe 4) , iGPU OC To 1600Mhz ( 2gb ram allocated )
Ram : 2x4GB Duel Channel XPG Gammix D10 3000MHz cl16 > OC To 3200MHz

all driver installed , chipset before graphics driver
all windows updates installed before installing drivers
and im just dont clean install it at all

Hard to say if it's a software issue, your settings or whatever without more info.

*at this point my best advice is to go back to default CPU (and iGPU) settings with XMP for memory.

It might be possible that the overclock is somehow causing aggressive throttling at times.

You also don't want VSYNC ON if you can't maintain the FPS goal (60FPS for 60Hz monitor) and for CSGO you probably want at bare minimum 40FPS average (VSYNC OFF).

The iGPU is still at 1100MHz but I thought you could compare that video to your experience then explain what's different. Lower average FPS or just FPS drops?

Start with LOW settings to keep the FPS high, so again I would:

1) back go defaults/XMP
2) 1080p on LOW settings in CSGO

3) if that's smooth now go back and experiment with overclock (maybe just iGPU to 1400MHz at first)
