23-24" IPS LED Rotatable monitor - suggestions?

-I'm looking for a 23"-24" IPS LED monitor that can rotate from landscape to portrait.
-1920x1080p preferably.
-60Hz is fine but open to higher frequencies.
-Needs DVI-D (single link) or HDMI at least. [Would be sick if you could find one with a mini display port]
-PRICE: Not fussed but if you could find a range of prices that would be awesome

I have a LenovoL2251P 22" monitor that has that portrait capability but I have to use it with VGA because it only has VGA and DisplayPort, but my computer only has DVI or VGA out. Still trying to find a cable that will let me connect a computer DVI port to a monitor DisplayPort.
