I tried calculating it by using bottleneck calculator and how bad is it really?

Ryzen 7 1800x
Gtx 1060 6gb

What should I do?

Solution
The Ryzen 5 2600x is 112% faster than the A10 7700K. More than double the speed. Your R7 260X will be able to put down all of its power, which is actually pretty good performance, and while you might have been getting everything you can out of it before, the CPU behind it makes a big difference too.

Bottlenecks are kind of a strange beast. If you get them the right way you don't notice them at all. The bottlenecks you notice are the bad ones. With a 2600x and an R7 260X you'll have a graphical bottleneck, but you won't notice it at all. You'll have smooth gameplay and great performance in many games. If you were to run the A10 with the 1060 you'd still be able to play games, but you won't be getting the most out of your video card...
Oh... it must be talking about the GPU being the bottleneck, technically it does work that way, but it doesn't. It is true that on a faster graphics card that your system will get higher FPS, but you are getting everything you can out of that 1060 6GB. It can reach it's full potential, even though the CPU has more to give. That is the bottleneck this is probably referring to.

What bottleneck is better? Good cpu and bad gpu or Bad cpu and good gpu.

So there is no big problem to my system?

I wouldn't worry too much in this case. Unless you can afford a 1080Ti or something more powerful the CPU will always have more to give. The 1800x is a monster of a chip with its 16 threads. It is going to outclass most GPUs.

Faster CPU and weaker GPU is always the way you should prefer your bottlenecks. When you are running out of CPU resources any other thing running just eats your performance. If you wanted to stream or have webpages open or multitask it will kill your gameplay. With a graphics card being the bottleneck, you can still use those CPU resources and blast tunes while you blast noobs.

Thanks broooo!!! You've help'ed me enough. Can I ask last 1 more thing.

I currently have A10 7700K and R7 260X as my cpu and gpu. I can only afford only one on this month which should I do first? Ryzen 7 2600 and remain my R7 260X or Should I change first my GPU and go for A10 7700K and GTX 1060 6gb. nvm the other components I had them computed already.

I was worried because I calculated and its bottleneck average is 100% :O Could I play Pubg with that System ?

Ryzen 2600X and R7 260x

and btw, bottleneck calculator told me that A10 7700k is too strong for the R7 260x

That system should play PUBG pretty well. The R7 260X is actually more capable than the GTX 1050 in most applications. You should be pretty happy till you get your GTX 1060 in.

So 100% bottleneck is just nothing if you really got a good CPU? Sorry for I ask it repeatingly cause I dont have knowledge about bottleneck and I dont want to make mistake. And also A10-7700k and GTX 1060 is only 19% bottleneck.

You need to stop listening to whatever you are listening to. That A10 is a slow CPU by modern standards, and while it will run games with a mid range card like the 1060, it won't be a great experience. The CPU will hold the 1060 back. You'll see CPU usage of 100% and GPU usage of... oh I'd estimate 60%-70%, which is a pretty severe bottleneck. Anything happening in the background will drop framerates further, not to mention that games like PUBG won't run well (if at all) on the A10.
