23", DP, freesync monitor

Im looking for a 23" monitor that has a Display Port, good black gradient, Freesync ready, minimum of 1080P at 60 FPS. As for price range id hope to get it under $250, however if there is something i need and it can be had for under $250 then i will look in to it.
