23 inch monitor

Hello,could anyone advise me on what monitor to get for eyefinity setup,my budget is $600.

A monitor? This is in the wrong section buddy, but anyway, Search for some cheaper-monitors at around 100$ with thin edges (not talking about the back).
You won't need anything at 120Hz since even high-end graphic cards tend to struggle with eyefinity.
A 5ms response time should suffice very well...
