23" monitor for work/watching films -- 250 EUR budget (280 $)

Hi all,
I am searching for a 23" IPS screen to be used for work (graphics, writing mainly) and to watch films.
My budget is 280 dollars max (250 euros), and after some research I found the following options:

Asus MX239H
ASUS PB Series PB238Q
Philips 234E5QDAB/00 237E5Q Edge E-Line
Dell UltraSharp U2412M

What would you suggest? What about other alternatives? For instance, I have read good reviews about AOC which I dind't know at all.
