Question 2300 rpm fan reach 80c when gaming

like i said before, my cpu reach 80c when playing dota 2 even with max fan rpm and opened case. it's kinda makes me scared since i read that i5 2320 max temp around 73c

CPU : i5 2320 3.00 GHz
GPU : Intel HD Graphics 2000 (Gigabyte)
RAM : 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
PSU : Alcatrox Magnum 375X max 750W
CPU Fans : Deep Cool
Motherboard : Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H61M-D2-B3
and 4 fans on the case

i already check and the heatsink seated properly and less than 6 months since the last time i change the thermal paste

when idle it around 35c-40c, but when i run chrome it rise 48c-55c depends on how many tabs i open

this problem has been troubling me for a year, i tried change the thermal paste 6 months ago and it solved for a while and goes back again after less than a week

having the side panel removed isnt always the best for cooling, whats your fan setup like?, also whats the exact model of the cpu cooler?

1 in the back, 1 at top and 2 in the front, the side panel only filled with some holes, using speedfan i set the case fan to 1000rpm
and for the cpu cooling model i forget the model, its only written Deep Cool, can i check this using some software?
