24" LCD for $199: Too good to be true?

I recently came across a 24" widescreen monitor for sale for only $199. Even if it is refurbished, this price seems very low to me. Anyone want to check it out?

I'm very interested in this if it comes back in stock, it would be a great deal. I have no experience with this site so I don't know if they are valid or not. It'll be interesting to see what people dig up. Thanks!
