24"+ Monitor Advice

Hello,
I am looking into buying a new monitor (I currently have a 21" 720p LG TV, and will be using both but with the newer monitor as the primary display.) What monitor would you recommend I buy out of these, or are there any others that aren't on here that you would recommend? I want the price to be around £100-£200 please, thanks:

I was looking at getting the 24" BL variant of the BenQ monitor, but would £50 more be worth it to get a Dell 23" Ultrasharp?

Out of those monitors, I'd go with the dell one. It has an IPS panel, not the professional kind but the more economically priced one, which features much better viewing angles and picture quaility. The other monitors use TN panels which have much faster response times, but suffers in viewing angles and picture quaility.

Unless you are a competitive fps player, I say go with the dell one.

Ok, I will be gaming on it (e.g. BF3) but should this monitor be ok for that? I also do a bit of amateur Photoshopping.
