24" Monitor under £200

Hey Guys,

Looking to replace the 19" Dell monitor I currently have which has a max resolution of 1400 x 900 (or something close to that).

I've read that for gaming at 1080p I should aim for a 24" Monitor with a 2ms response instead of 5ms.

I'm guessing that under £200 120hz will be out of the question?

At the moment I've been recommend Benq, Asus or Acer. Any other recommendations are welcome.

The best for 1080p is 23 or 24" however i prefer 23 because of the pixel density.

Is 120hz a lot better? I realise its double 60hz but is it that much better?

If so then I'll shop for a 120hz. Also, can a GTX670 run a 120hz monitor?
