Try a hair dryer, you might be able to separate the connector while they are warm.

If there is a small gap between, you also can use a paper knife to pry it out, be careful to not damage the connector's edge.

Welp I don't have a proper hairdryer rn 😅

Just run the system and let it warm up.

Have the case fully in place but do not put in the screws.

When warmed up, power down, unplug PSU, remove the case, and then try to unlatch and gently rock the connector free.

Whatever you do to remove the connector, avoid to rock it left and right or you will break the soldering. Just try to pull it vertically.
