I been getting random reboots and figured it be the 24 pin power connector because when I was building the computer the 24 pin connector from the psu won't clip and afraid to break the motherboard from pushing it in. So any special method to push it in without breaking the motherboard?

What do you mean by "it won't clip"? Do you just mean that it won't seat all the way, or do you mean that it's all the way down, but the clip itself just won't latch? If it's all the way seated, it's possible the latch won't go, but if you're still seeing a gap between the two parts, then it's not in all the way.

I guess if you're really paranoid about breaking the board, you could always take it out so you can put a hand on the back of it while pushing it together.

not really a special method but is the clip on the 24pin connector broken? if not just use an even pressure and push it in until you hear "click" then it should be fine. if it's half out or something like that then that is definitly a possibility of why you have BSOD, blue screen of death,

I have a MSI A78M-E35 motherboard and a Corsair CX430 PSU.
It was extremely difficult to get that last millimeter or 2 to close so it can latch.
I did the paper clip test to test my cpu and it runs good so I asked my stepdad because he knows about wires.
He wiggled the wires around to loosen up the 24pin, but make sure not to pull a wire out and then he tried with all his force to push in, but it didn't go.
So he put a cloth on the mobo and got some pliers and closed that mm gap and it clicked.
He also made sure not to put the pliers on the metal pins under the mobo.
I HOPE THIS HELPS! Be careful
Also can the fans power up if it is just the mobo and psu and processor connected?
