[SOLVED] 24 pin??

Hello,

I just finished building my first PC. After plugging in the 24 pins from the PSU to the mobo, my PC fails to work. If I remove the 24 pins, the fan the CPU fan will run. The PSU holds up the the paper clip test.

is my PSU not strong enough or is my motherboard damaged? Or something else?

What is the full pc spec?

The paper clip test cannot prove a psu is working correctly. The only thing it can show you is if the psu is completely unresponsive.

Probably something is shorting out.
