24 vs 23 inch monitors is there a real difference?

So I'm getting three new monitors I'm specifically looking at the Dell ultrasharp due to their inclusion of display ports and slim bezels. I'm just wondering whether to save myself 90 bucks (30 each) or if it's worth dropping the extra 100 beans for the 0.8 inches on each screen
Also are there any other great monitors of there I should be considering

1 inch that is not an noticeable difference, you should check if they have different resolutions.
I personally recommend Dell's UltraSharp U2414H, have fantastic experience with it.
Otherwise for consumer grade ones, Asus PA/PB series are also supposedly quite good.

Depends or resolution. If 23" is 1920x1080 and 24" is 1920x1200 go for 24", especially if you do some work on your PC.
