240 gb SSD is somehow full? please help!

I just got a notification from windows that my storage is full 232/232 gb and when i went to see my storage i had 198 gb of apps and & games. so i went into that and the top most used app was counter strike global offensive that used 11 gb. here is the rest the apps storage: https://gyazo.com/72d95fd6afcf55ca843e89feb37c91e3 with others but only in the kb area.
I really dont understand why it is filled so much ive only had this pc for like 2 weeks. any help is needed thank you!

You need to look at more than just the applications installed.

Go into File Explorer and look through the folders.

See if you can find a couple of very large files or perhaps dozens of smaller files.

Maybe your system is doing some constant string of backups or capturing game play videos. Or constantly downloading something.

Or the disk is corrupted.

But look at the files first and see what you can discover there.
