2400 Mhz RAM is Incorrectly Clocked at 1199 Mhz

My RAM, which is supposed to be clocked at 2400 Mhz, is read to be 1199 Mhz on CPU-Z and Speccy. The DRAM frequency in the BIOS is stated to be 2400 Mhz.

My specs are:

• 
  RAM: 16GB G.Skill DDR3 PC3-19200 2400MHz Trident X Series CL10 (10-12-12-31) Dual Channel kit
  Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VI Extreme
  CPU: Intel i7 4770K

I've tried everything from adjusting the settings in the BIOS such as the XMP profiles and such, as well as physically switching the location of the RAM sticks in my motherboard slots.

CPU-Z only shows half of the actual rate. 1199 x 2 = 2398. I'd say your RAM is fine.
