[SOLVED] 2400 mhz ram speed @ 1200 mhz?

I bought Vengance 2400mhz 16gb DDR4 Memory, but its only frequency is @ 1197 mhz

perfectly normal. the DDR stands for Dual Data Rate. 1200 x dual data rate equals 2400.
the RAM sends and receives each clock cycle for an effective doubling of the speed.
my 1600 DDR3 runs at 800. all normal
